As many of you probably already know, I am a complete klutz. I am also super active. But, when I tore my ACL in early September it put a real crimp in my exercise life and I have softened up a little around the middle (spoil your dinner with belly flab alert):
It is going to be a year (or so) before I can get back to my regular fitness regiment, but I have a new one in store. Between my x-fit trainers at Crossfit Epiphany, a Paleo diet, and some regular blogging (probably the highest calorie burn), I am going to get back to this:
